We are here to help you with the installation for a small fee. We have the knowhow and can help you get to lock up on the same day. You will then only need to install the 3/4 assembled kitchen and organising the Plumber and Electrician.

If you want changes from the basic model I will work with you on your design requirements. Choose from colours, layout etc and when you are happy, we will arrange the construction.

Adding a Balcony and veranda which can come with the house is a great option to add a little covered out door area. Easy to install and can be done in a couple of hours.

We deal directly with the factory who make the highest quality expandable container homes for customers across the world. They provide thicker PVC flooring, stronger steel frames and attention to detail.

We have the stress free option for you. The major factors are the windows are already installed. The power is supplied through a plug and go system. The plumbing is ready for grey and waste water. Their is very little more for you to do once the walls are up. 

We are looking to import these smaller units which are 5.8m x 2.5m x 2.55m and are available with or without a 1.5m balcony and veranda. They are made with the 75mm insulated walls and ceiling and will have power and lighting. Please contact us if you are wanting more information.

You can be assured you are working with locals in your area. We can advise on plumbers who have hooked up these units to hot water and drainage and electricians who  have done the power and Air Con.

A 50% deposit is required for all little homes at time of ordering. The balance is required for delivery. We are a small company and will take the time to work in with your budget and needs.
