There is a 12- 16 week turnaround from day of deposit to delivery for orders. We will have a small selection of ready to go homes on site for immediate sale and delivery. 

We completely understand that situations can change. All deposits will be refunded minus 5% per unit. Refund could take up to 90 days as the construction of the unit will be underway. 

We recommend you touch base with your local council regarding planning permits as all councils differ. These units can be classified as movable dwellings, temporary accomodation and there for are perfect for Caravan Parks, Worker accomodation, Weekend getaways and Temporary housing.

It is your responsibility to ensure there is a level site for the unit. There are multiple options for supports, Concrete Blocks, Slabs, Well built Trailers etc. Please talk to us if you have any questions.
